What services do you offer?
We provide care and support for people with diabetes and obesity. This includes diagnosis, treatment, weight management, personalized health plans, and preventive care to help you stay healthy and avoid future problems.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No referral is needed! You can book directly with us online, by phone, or in person.
Can you help me if I have both diabetes and obesity?
Yes. These two conditions are often linked, and our team is trained to treat both at the same time. We create a plan that helps improve your blood sugar, manage weight, and boost your overall health.
Do you only treat people who are already diagnosed?
No. We also help people who want to prevent diabetes or obesity. If you’re at risk or want to stay healthy, we offer screenings, coaching, and early support to help you take control.
How long are the appointments?
Most visits last about 30–45 minutes. We value your time and aim to give you care without the long lines or crowded waiting rooms.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we accept many insurance plans. You can check if your plan is accepted on the insurance page.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, for follow up care we are happy to offer telehealth.
Are you going to be my Primary Care Provider?
No, we work closely with your Primary Care Provider and specialize in assessment and treatment of obesity and diabetes.
Do you see children?
Yes, we see all children 12 years and older.
Do you prescribe anti-obesity medications (AOMs)?
Yes, when indicated based on clinical guidelines and your preference, we do prescribe AOMs as an adjunct for treatment of obesity.
Do you perform bariatric surgery?
No. When indicated, we can refer you to the bariatric surgery centers of your choice.
